This is a 6-week program designed to help women move from cycle confusion to cycle confidence. We focus on the root causes of irregular or missing periods—whether due to chronic stress, PCOS, postpartum, or coming off the pill—and provide a roadmap to a predictable, peaceful cycle. Who is this for? This program is specifically for women in their 20s and 30s who are tired of: •Not knowing when (or if) their period is coming. •Dealing with fatigue, burnout, and low energy. •Experiencing hormonal acne, mood swings, or low libido. •Feeling dismissed by doctors or told the only solution is "the pill." What You’ll Gain: •Deep Understanding: Master the 4 phases of your cycle and how to track them (even without a regular bleed). •Nervous System Regulation: Learn to move from "fight or flight" to a state of hormonal safety. •Holistic Support: Nutrition, movement, and environment shifts that nourish rather than deplete. •Mindset Mastery: Understand how emotions and beliefs impact your physical health.
